Quick answer: Wh = mAh × 3.7 ÷ 1000. Airlines allow up to 100 Wh in carry-on with no approval (~27,000 mAh), 100–160 Wh needs approval, and over 160 Wh is banned. Power banks must go in carry-on, never checked. Real output at 5V is ~80–85% of the rated mAh.
